fan fiction: making connections

how do you build on the world someone else has created?

Ah, fan fiction. A sub-genre that can all at once be entertaining, meaningful... and, well horrifying. This week, we will combine the well-known characters and settings of the Harry Potter books to create original fan fiction short stories.

Module summary:
  • choose settings, characters, and situations with Christine's exclusive Harry Potter ideas generator
  • explore characters and settings with Pottermore context to identify defining characteristics and background
  • draft.
  • review.
  • revise.
  • edit.
